It was an honor to showcase my work at the Downtown Delray Beach Festival of
the Arts held by Howard Alan Events the weekend of January 14-15, 2023. A truly excellent show with high quality art in a lovely location! It is consistently ranked as one of the best art fairs in the US by Sunshine Artist Magazine. Despite the chilly temperatures there were over 100,000 people in attendance!
I really enjoyed interacting face to face with so many wonderful people who stopped by my booth and networking with fellow artists! It is definitely a show worth attending and participating in if you are a serious artist seeking to bring more visibility and potential art sales. I look forward to showing there again in the future if possible.
With over 100,000 people in attendance there was constant foot traffic from 10am - 5pm at my art booth both Saturday and Sunday. During that time, I was able to share the deeper meaning and inspiration behind my art with the masses. It was a joy to see my art touch people's lives through each conversation and to experience a piece find a new home.
With this new season of art festivals, I assembled a professional event team to help us move, install, and sell art alongside me during these winter shows. With this being the first event of the new year, I was able to see the team in action! We were able to setup my portable gallery in record time while also capturing photography and social media content throughout the remainder of the weekend. All the hard work paid off quickly with an art sale first thing Saturday morning and lots of interest for future sales followed. This event was a great start to the season.
Alongside showing and selling our art in person, at art shows, and in festivals, I also recently launched an online gallery where you can purchase my artwork 24/7 with free shipping anywhere in the US!
And finally, I would like to give a shout out to two artists who took the time to encourage me and give advice regarding fine art festivals to pursue, since I have moved my art studio to Sarasota, FL. Thank you Michael Vistia (https://www.instagram.com/michaelvistia/) and Eric Heitmann (https://www.instagram.com/ericheitmanr/)! Your kindness and wisdom was much appreciated!
