Where are you located?

We do business out of 4416 Hicks Street, Sarasota, FL 34233, which is also known as Sarasota Springs. We will soon have a studio and gallery at this location.

Do you deliver?

We can personally deliver Collin's original art to any customer within the state of Florida. 

Do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States of America.

How much is shipping?

We will cover the cost of shipping anywhere within the United States of America.

How quickly will my order ship?

We strive to under promise and over deliver. 

For original art:

 

1-2 weeks for a piece that is in stock

 

4-6 weeks for a piece that needs to be made if out of stock

**Custom Commissions: The time frame is based entirely on the needs of the art piece and the client's needs.

For other merchandise through the online store:

1-2 weeks

Do you install the art?

Yes. We can install for an additional fee based on the location and the project.

Is your art suitable for outdoors?

We are able to make work that is suitable for outdoors; however, the work that is currently in stock is not recommended to be placed outdoors unless a high quality UV protective coating is added. 

What are the quality of your materials?

We strive to use the…

—highest resolution inks for printing

—highest level of UV protection resin epoxy sealants

—automobile paint

 

We are always looking for the highest quality products and materials available.

 

In regards to metal, we typically will use steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. We can also use other types of metal. 

 

We assess what you need depending on the project and we can deliver accordingly.

What sizes do you offer?

Collin’s work typically ranges from 23 inches to 20 feet. 

 

He can do a variety of sizes. It depends on the piece and the type of materials used. 

 

Photography can range from 23 inches to 10 feet.

Metal work can range from 23 inches to 20 feet.

 

Sculptures and commissions can vary as well.

Are hanging systems included with your wall art?

Yes we provide hanging systems for each piece.

 

If you are interested in having a locking hanging system instead of a traditional hanging system, that can be arranged / included.

Do you have a return policy?

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. 

 

If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your artwork to discuss solutions.

Do you offer a guarantee or warranty?

We offer a certificate of authenticity with each piece.

All sales are final; although, we do endeavor to make our clients happy. If there is an issue we will do what we can to make it right.

Do you off private or public classes?

We do not at this time; however, we do offer consulting. Collin has mentored quite a few artists over the years. 

 

We have talked about including classes in the future once our studio is built, but that is a long way off.

Do you create commissioned work?

Yes, Collin can design and create a one-of-a-kind, original, commissioned piece.

Will you used provided photography or drawings?

You can speak with Collin directly during a consultation and he can determine if that is something he’s willing to do based on the project.
